Erämaan Kutsu 1508723-3 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery and prices. The prices of the products include value-added tax.

Ordering

The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms of delivery, the prices of the products, and the delivery costs. If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will specify the ordered products and the price.

Payment

The online store acts as a payment intermediary for Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made through Visma Pay’s online service, and the payee on the account statement and invoice will appear as Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. Payment is secure because all payment transaction data is transmitted using encrypted connections, preventing any external party from viewing the payment transaction information.

The contract is formed between the customer of the online store and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment Methods

Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking credentials, digital wallets, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or installment payment. The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard, as well as Alisa Invoice and Alisa Business Invoice.

MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed payments in apps from the app settings. Payments made with MobilePay wallet are charged to the linked payment card. If the payment fails to be debited from the payment card, payment with MobilePay wallet is not possible in the online store.

OP Invoice – A flexible way to pay for online purchases. Available to customers of all banks. With OP Invoice, you can make purchases of up to €5,000 and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the invoice into multiple installments. Your purchases are visible in one place, making it easy to keep track of your spending. With a credit limit, you can keep your spending within your desired limits. You will receive invoices conveniently to your email. In our online service, you can see information about your use of OP Invoice and the total amount of your purchases. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years old, have Finnish online banking credentials, and meet the creditworthiness requirements. Alisa Invoice is a flexible and secure payment method suitable for all consumers over 20 years old for all types of purchases. Alisa Business Invoice is a flexible and secure payment method for businesses. Suitable for all Finnish companies regardless of legal form. The buyer’s purchasing rights are completely verified digitally, and the purchasing process takes only a few minutes. Delivery

Delivery methods to Finland are

• Posti (Finnish postal service)

• Pickup from Erämaan Kutsu’s office. Suopellontie 219, 19700 Sysmä.

Postage fees

Postage fees vary depending on the selected service, weight, and size of the package. For small purchases that fit in an envelope, postage is €2.50. This is also the minimum postage fee. Otherwise, we follow the postage rates of the postal service. Small differences in postage rates may occur due to automatic postage calculation. The final postage fees will be shown during the checkout process before the final order confirmation.

Packages sent as Postipaketti (parcel) or postiennakkokirje (cash on delivery letter) will be delivered to the nearest postal office. The price of Maxiletter includes delivery to the recipient if the shipment fits into the mailbox or can be easily handed over to the recipient or left at the recipient’s address securely. If the shipment cannot be left, a notification will be left, and the shipment can be picked up from the postal office.

If the product to be sent is of unusually large size, the charges may vary.

In special cases, the buyer will be separately notified of the postage fee.

Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products in stock is usually 3-5 business days. If the products to be delivered are custom order items, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. The delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, the weight, and the size of the order. You can see the delivery costs at the online store checkout before finalizing the order.

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately but no later than 14 days after receipt to the online store. Damaged packages received in the delivery must be reported immediately to the responsible delivery company.

Returns

The online store customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return according to the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the ordered products. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact the online store first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact information, and bank account number for possible refund.

Digital products such as audio and e-books do not have a right of withdrawal and return because the products are available to the customer immediately after order confirmation,
